Training and mobility at every level
The group's quality policy commits it to running training programmes for employees at every level, and to maintaining workplace safety under current law.
The group develops, builds, sells, leases and manages the same buildings, so roles are not confined to one stage of a project. Personnel move between sites, business lines and countries.
Where the group usually hires
- Site and project management — planning, procurement, programme and quality control.
- Civil and MEP engineering — structure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
- Finishing trades — joinery, tiling, painting, glazing and fit-out.
- Sales and lettings — residential sales, leasing and client care in Accra.
- Facilities and property management — front of house, technical, housekeeping and security.
- Finance and administration — accounts, payroll, procurement and office management.
