The building
The group's first building in Ghana
Turquaz Residence was Yagmur Group's first residential project in Accra, completed in 2014. It was built by the group's own workforce, to a specification held from design through to handover.
The building has a swimming pool and garden at roof level, a fitted gym, underground parking and standby generator supply. That specification became the baseline for the group's later buildings in Accra.
