Mirage Residence opened on 8 May 2019, the group's first residential building run to hotel standards: a staffed reception around the clock, on-site facility management, and a restaurant, bar, meeting rooms with outdoor terraces, a fitness centre and a swimming pool within the same building.
It stands on Liberation Road, minutes from Kotoka International Airport and among diplomatic missions and corporate offices. Its tenants are drawn mainly from executives and diplomatic staff.
Grand Mirage runs the same model at a larger scale.
