Yagmur Group works in construction, property investment, property management and trade, through its own member companies in Türkiye and Ghana.
Since 1988
From land acquisition to long-term operation
Yagmur Group was founded in Istanbul in 1988 and grew as project sizes grew. It employs its own management personnel and qualified workforce, and owns its own plant and machinery, across every phase of construction.
The same organisation has delivered a 75,000 m² industrial plant and a 16-storey residential tower. It works across the full project cycle — development, construction, sales and leasing, and property management — rather than a single stage of it.
In Türkiye the group has delivered industrial plants for Fırat Plastik and Beko, housing estates at Bahçeşehir and Pendik, schools for the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Housing, business centres across Istanbul and hotels in Bodrum. It entered the Ghanaian market in 2011, beginning with commercial and public works: Bosphorus Restaurant in Labone, the Police Mosque at Cantonments and the Turkish Airlines office. Its three residential buildings in Accra followed.
Today the group has completed more than 500,000 m² of construction across Türkiye and Ghana, with a further 37,000 m² in planning and under way.

Quality and environmental policy
- Compliance with the architecture, applicable standards, technical specifications, administrative and legal conditions, construction technique and earthquake regulations.
- Current technology applied in production, so that build time is reduced without a reduction in specification.
- Delivery on the date promised.
- Training programmes run for employees at every level.
- Workplace safety maintained under current law for the group's most valuable internal resource — the people doing the work.
- Environmental protection planned into design and production with the group's own team, partners and contractors, so that pollution is prevented rather than remedied.
The principle has not changed since 1988: build for the people who will live there. Where we manage what we have built, the standard set at the outset is the standard years later.
