Airport Residential Area
The Airport Residential Area holds diplomatic missions, international schools, hospitals and corporate head offices within minutes of one another, about one kilometre from Kotoka International Airport.
The group's tenants and buyers in the district are drawn largely from diplomatic staff, international executives and Ghanaians returning from abroad.
